Band Opening

There must be a band opening tonight as I'm hearing a fire pager test for Polk County, WI on 154.025, tone 179.9.  Very loud and clear. 

That's a long ways from the western burbs where I am, like about 70-80 miles I think. 

Anyone else notice this tonight?

Why must this always occur when i am at work?!

I will confirm that our truck is getting great 800 service on our mobile and both of our portables... in Minneapolis...  Wink
